Orders, direct invoices and credit memos are not assigned to a specific customer but also to a specific customer ship-to location. A sales group, consisting of one or more sales persons is assigned to a customer and optionally to a customer’s ship-to location. An order, direct invoice or credit for a given customer ship-to location is assigned the sales group assigned to the ship-to location, if one is assigned. Otherwise it is assigned to the sales group assigned to the customer.
On a vendor by vendor basis, you can indicate what percentage your sales groups get on the commission paid. In OrderWiz, your sales force only gets paid after you have been paid.
Doing payroll in OrderWiz is simply identifying which commission checks that have been reconciled you wish to include in this month’s payroll.
